Another year gone; just like that. I don’t know about you, but mine literally flew by; with me barely hanging on by the seat of my pants. It was like 2024 was a flash, here and gone again just as fast. I`ve been swamped this past year with various ups and downs, as has the rest of the world, I believe. Let`s hope the new year brings good tidings and joy for us all, and think positive vibes.

The flying wind sweeps lashes,
Across cheekbones as hair flashes,
Up and down in the biting cold,
Where people hurry, young and old.They tread the paths, so often worn,
By countless feet, both lost and sworn,
Yet now they gleam, renewed, untamed,
More free of tethers, uncontained.Some will learn and rise, they grow,
While others falter, with naught to show,
But the spark within still dares to glow,
A human soul, pure as untouched snow.
