How To Prevent Over-Heating in the Summer

Nowadays the summer is in full swing and the weather is excruciatingly hot. Just today in the afternoon the temperature was 42˚C in Islamabad. On top of this Muslims around the world are currently fasting for the month of Ramadan. This sort of heat can be extremely dangerous to your health. Dehydration and heat can even cause heat stroke, which is fatal if not treated immediately. In a typical year, as many as 175 Americans die from extreme heat, according to the National Weather Service.

Here I give you a simple remedy in the form of Indian Rennet (Doda Paneer) that naturally helps you regulate your body temperature and keeps you cool during extreme heat. Indian Rennet (Doda Paneer) is a great boon to those of us who are fasting and helps us to let the day pass easier. The Doda Paneer has special properties that help keep your internal temperature normal and flush out any toxins. Beat the heat with this amazing natural remedy.

Indian Rennet has a number of other health benefits as well; it is very good for diabetics. It also cleanses your blood of toxins and hormonal imbalances. Paneer is anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, as well as an excellent supplement to improve heart problems.

  1. Soak the Doda Paneer in the water overnight (no less than 6 hours) in a covered utensil.
  2. Strain the Paneer from the water in the morning,
  3. Keep the water, discard the paneer.
  4. Drink the water in one gulp.
