Nowadays the summer is in full swing and the weather is excruciatingly hot. Just today in the afternoon the temperature was 42˚C in Islamabad. On top of this Muslims around the world are currently fasting for the month of Ramadan. This sort of heat can be extremely dangerous to your health. Dehydration and heat can even cause heat stroke, which is fatal if not treated immediately.
