The colours of the trees
astound
the darks and the lights
all abound
The spikes and the shovels
surround.
It lingers this freshness
sharp
the scent of very nature itself
warps
senses and twists the sound of twigs
to harps.
A smooth cascade of loveliness
washes
my skin, bejeweled emerald rays bathe in
lashes
across my brow, acres of solitude shimmer,
as flashes.
The light and the dark,
enthrall
us all in their grip, these shades
call
and engulf our amygdala,
all.
They are an emblem of the
One
done
A verdant tree blesses my eyes with light as the
sun.
