Chardasuuraj Book Circle

Chardasuuraj Book Circle Introduction

A non-denominational, non-political, lighthearted discussion group for book lovers.

Hi Everyone, long-term followers and newly interested readers, my name is Daima Hussain, and my mother and I have been running this blog for close to eight years now. There have been ups and downs, constant dedicated posting and dry spells, but now, we at Chardasuuraj are launching a new initiative under our umbrella. Chardasuuraj has long been a space for readers online, and now we want to take that community and connect in the real world.

This new initiative is a Book Circle, a club and group that focuses on book-related activities both on and offline. We plan to host online discussions, in-person meetings, book-related events, and to engage in an interactive exchange of ideas with all those who are interested.

Another activity we are very excited about is inviting our readers and members to share their book reviews, opinions, ideas, and stories. After review, contributions will be published on the Chardasuuraj website, with full credit to the authors, so that their voices and perspectives can reach a wider audience. On that note, we have created a section on our website to host all content related to the Circle.

How to join

The way to join us is simple: just join this Facebook group or our WhatsApp channel, and we will share with you event updates, discussion starters, and much more.

To start off, we will hold an inauguration event in Mid-April where members can help shape the future of the Book Circle. During this session we will discuss how the club will operate, gather suggestions, and invite interested members to take on voluntary roles within the community. The group is voluntary and totally free to join.

We are open to suggestions, and once we have a few members, we will be taking polls to understand which books hold people’s interest.

If you enjoy reading, thoughtful discussion, and meeting fellow book lovers, we warmly invite you to join us and help build this community.
