Kanji is a traditional probiotic drink, that regulates your gut, and is overall refreshing and energizing.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 beetroot
- 9-10 litre of water
- 1 tsp Rai
- 2.5 kg carrots
Instructions
- Cut the carrots and beetroot into 3 inch batons.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a 12 litre bottle.
- Let sit for a week, shaking every 4 hours.
- Strain the vegetables and discard.
- Serve at room temperature and enjoy Kanji.
