Generally, we buy the chicken pakora from K&N or Menu or from some other company in a packed form and just fry them but today I am sharing a recipe which is easy to make at home and is also very delicious and fresh. Anyone can make it as it is very simple.

Chicken is liked by everyone including the children. This recipe is especially beneficial for mothers as they can make it for the lunch for their children.

Method

  1. Cut the boneless chicken into cubes of 1 inch, approximately
  2. Put the green chilli, green coriander, salt and gram masala and white vinegar in a blender and blend into a creamy paste,
  3. Put the chicken in a bowl and pour the prepared paste on it,
  4. Mix it well with your hand or a spoon,
  5. Leave it for 2-3 hours depending on the availability of time,
  6. After 2 or three hours sprinkle the gram powder (baisin) on the marinated chicken and mix well with a hand. Now it is ready for frying.
  7. Take a karahi or deep-frying pan, pour oil in it and let it heat on medium heat,
  8. When oil is hot put the chicken pieces in it one by one and fry until brown.

  10. Very delicious chicken pakoras are ready to serve.
  11. Serve with green chutney (see recipe here), ketchup or chilli garlic sauce as you feel fit.
  12. Try and inform us about the recipe.
