Green bell pepper

Green bell pepper by Jakub Kapusnak is licensed under CC-CC0 1.0

Bell pepper is found in many colors like red, yellow and green but  in India and Pakistan the green color is very common and generally while cooking spicy food people use the green ones. It tastes very good with all kinds of meat, although people also cook it with potatoes but usually on special occasions it is cooked with meat.

Todays recipe is liked by most people and even by children. I hope you all will also like the recipe and try.

Shimla mirch 1 kg (extract the seeds and chop in whatever shape you like)

Minced meat ½ kg

After fifteen minutes open the pressure cooker and put ginger and garlic paste, and add chopped tomatoes, also add coriander powder and gram masala, and ghee,

Saute on medium heat until the qeema changes color to dark brown, (generally it takes 8 minutes)

Now add chopped Shimla mirch and saute for about 5 minutes, the lower the heat to minimum and cook for 10 minutes,
