Health Tip: Fighting Fever

Due to Coronavirus, we are all suffering from an increased risk to our health. Anything that lowers our immunity is a threat, but doubly so in these times. We all know the basic preventative measures, but if we do actually contract COVID-19; there’s really not much we can do besides rest. On that note: we might not be able to cure COVID-19 just yet, but we can certainly fight its symptoms and bring ourselves closer to a virus free existence. That’s what this post Fighting Fever is about.

This health tip is an herbal remedy that gets rid of any type of fever.  Not only COVID-19, if you are afflicted by malaria, typhoid, etc. etc.  You can use this Fighting Fever tip to clear up and bring down your fever fast.

Ingredients For Fighting Fever

The main ingredients are:

Giloy (Heart-leaved moonseed)

This is a medicinal herb that has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for hundreds of years.

And

Ajwain (Carom Seeds)

This is one powerful seed, containing rich nutrients and many medicinal qualities. It fights bacteria and fungi. Carom seeds have powerful antibacterial and antifungal properties. They also improve cholesterol levels, combat peptic ulcers and relieve indigestion.

Method

  1. Soak 5 grams of dried Giloy and ½ tsp. of Ajwain in 150 ml of water overnight.
  2. Blend them together in the morning.
  3. Sieve the mixture and drink the water.
    1. Note: It will be bitter, so you can relive the bitterness with a little bit of salt on your tongue afterwards if you like.
  4. Drink this mixture every day for 7 days.
  5. Make a new batch every day.
