Ingredients

  • Fennel seeds (saunf) 1 teaspoon
  • Mint leaves 5-6 leaves (fresh or dried)
  • Cardamoms 2

Method

Take one cup of water in a pan and let it boil. When the water is boiling add all of ingredients take the pot off the fire and cover it with a lid. Let it stay like this for a minute and then strain the water and add sugar if you like. It is useable without sugar as well.
