Blood Pressure treatment- A simple remedy from my home

High Blood Pressure

High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure is a disease which is reported all over the world. This disease causes 7.5 million deaths which is 12.8 percent of total deaths[1]. It causes different heart diseases, different strokes and retinal diseases. People suffering from high blood pressure generally feels hot around the head and ears, complains about head ache and sometimes have pain in legs and joints.

Most people consider them minor complaints do not want to go to the doctor as they are convinced that allopathic medicine is not good for health and has a lot of side effects. So they either keep quite or ignore these symptoms.

Same was the case with my mother. She would many times go to sleep or sometimes will ask us to massage her hair as she is feeling head ache, but will never agree to visit a doctor.

My father was also against the doctors so she never visited a doctor neither we knew that she has high blood pressure. Then she started complaining of weak eyesight. We took her to an eye specialist and he said that she has cataract and will have to undergo an operation. When she went for the operation and all the tests were done, we came to know about her high blood pressure. Doctors gave her medicines to lower her blood pressure and only after that she underwent the operation. When she recovered she again refused to take medicine for high blood pressure.

So we started searching for some other remedy and indeed we found one. It was very simple and doable and it worked for her. We shared the same with many people and they all got rid of high blood pressure. I am sharing this to help people get rid off blood pressure forever.

Remedy

Neem Leaves

Neem Leaves

This remedy has just one ingredient neem leaves (Azadirachta indica, commonly known as neem, nimtree or Indian lilac). Take 1/2 kg fresh neem  leaves and dry them in shade. You can spread them on a clean cloth and put them inside a room (that is what we did). When the leaves are dry ground them to powder and keep in a clean bottle.

How to take

Take half teaspoon every day with plain water at an empty stomach.  You have to take it for ten days only.

Believe me it works like magic. After that my mother never suffered from high blood pressure.

We have given this remedy to many people and all have reported that they have been cured.

Neem leaf and its constituents have been demonstrated to exhibit immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, antihyperglycaemic, antiulcer, antimalarial, antifungal, antibacterial, antiviral, antioxidant, antimutagenic and anticarcinogenic properties.

Many times, high blood pressure patients are also diabetic. For a herbal remedy for diabetic patients look here.
