How to Get Rid of Asthma in 7 days

“An estimated 300 million people worldwide suffer from asthma, with 250,000 annual deaths attributed to the disease. It is estimated that the number of people with asthma will grow by more than 100 million by 2025” reported by the Asthma statistics.

This is a dangerous disease and most of the times it starts when the children are very young. I discovered this remedy when my daughter got Asthma  when she was 2 ½ years old. It was so bad at times that I could not see her and her father used to take care of her. We took her to see many a doctor; underwent many tests and took a lot of medicines but nothing worked.

Once she was undergoing the asthma attack when a friend of us visited us. He told us this remedy. We did it and she got alright and never had the asthma attack again.

I am sharing it for the benefit of people. Try and share your experience.

INGREDIENTS

Powdered Red Ochre 7 grams (Geru Mitti in Urdu)

Honey 350 grams

Water 1750 ml

The ingredient amounts are totals (i.e. they represent the aggregate amount used for all the required doses in the seven days).

PREPARATION

Take 250 ml of water and 50 ml of honey in a pan and place it on a fire. When the mixture is boiling let it boil until it is half of what you started with. Now pour it in a cup and put one gram ochre in it. Mix and drink.

This is one dose. One will have to take 7 doses of the remedy, once every day.Make it fresh every day and do not refrigerate.

This remedy is to be taken on empty stomach.

I was wondering where to get Geru Mitti.

    • You will usually find it at herbal medicine speciality stores, (pansari in Pakistan). If you really cannot find it please send us a private message with your address and we will courier it to you (if you live in Pakistan).

  2. I have tried and tested it works really well
