Conquering the Common Cold: The Fast and Foolproof Method

 

The common cold is a plague that ails us all, it’s just not something you can escape. And when it strikes one member of the household, the rest are inevitably afflicted within days. When you are suffering from the cold it sometimes seems as if you are having trouble with every body part. Your head aches, eyes and nose water, you get a fever and you feel so weak… Generally, as a result; we go to a doctor and take antibiotics prescribed by him/her. Antibiotics have their long lasting after effects and generally unpleasant side effects.

Well say goodbye to all of that! Here, I provide you with a fast and foolproof method of defeating the common cold within 24-48 hours, all without stepping a single foot out of the door of your home. These natural remedies work amazingly well and have NO sideeffects whatsoever; they are easy and completely safe to use. I have used these and I recommend with confidence that these will work for everyone. Let’s get the ball rolling.

The Method

This method has four elements (not exactly steps since you’re meant to do them simultaneously). Each element addresses a different aspect of the cold and works in different way.  They combine together to form a sort of regime that defeats the common cold, kicking it out of your system in a matter of hours.

The Elements

#1 Gargling

Take 1 cup of warm, nearing hot water and mix in 1 teaspoon of salt. Gargle and gargle and gargle. Use up the whole cup at a time. Repeat at least 3-5 times a day.

This is a sort of massage for your inner throat; the hot water soothes and combined with the salt it reduces inflammation and takes down soreness, getting the throat back to normal within a day.

#2 Linga Mudra

Mudras are a type of yoga. They are used to realign and adjust the body’s energies and help in curing all kinds of diseases. This mudra is known as the Mudra of Heat and Energy enhances the fire element within your body and thus defeats the cold.

Do this Mudra 3 times a day, each repetition lasting for 15 minutes.  Do not practice it for more than this as it can cause an excess of heat energy to accumulate in the body causing a whole new set of problems.

#3 Honey, Ginger and Black pepper

Take one tablespoon of honey, two drops of ginger juice and a pinch of black pepper. Mix it and eat. It is tasty as well as a very good remedy. Take once in the morning and once in the evening and see the effects.

The honey works to cure and the pepper and ginger act as catalysts and accelerate the process.

#4 Cinnamon and Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi)

Take a quarter inch of cinnamon and a pinch of ajwain. Put it in a cup of water and boil for 15 seconds. Drink it hot like tea.

This tea helps control the over-production of mucus and clears up your sinuses. Try to use only during the times you have a runny nose or excess phlegm.
