This Easy Keto Bread is healthy and super simple, just chuck the ingredients together and bake. Voila! You’ve got bread!
Almond flour 1 cup
Coconut flour 1 cup
Psyllium Husk Powder 1/4 cup
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Eggs 5
Water 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Butter 1 tsp
Add all the ingredients together in one bowl, then stir until thoroughly combined. You should get a very thick batter consistency.
Put the mixture in a parchment lined baking tin. 8in. X 4in.
Bake for 1 1/2 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center of the loaf.
Take out and let rest and cool before cutting into slices.
