  • 1 1/2 cups millet flour
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/8 cup ghee
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar + 1/4 cup
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup cashews


  1. Sift together 1 1/2 cups millet flour and 1/2 cup gram flour for a well-blended dry mixture.
  2. Whisk together dry mixture; set aside 1/8 cup. Boil 1 cup water, gradually whisk in reserved flour, creating a Nutella-like paste. Thicken on low heat.
  3. Beat 1/4 cup butter, 1/8 cup ghee, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 cup white sugar until light and fluffy. Add 1/2 cup yogurt, beat until buttercream texture.
  4. Cool flour paste, add to wet ingredients. In a large bowl, combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Chop 1/2 cup white chocolate and 1/4 cup cashews. Fold into the cookie batter for even distribution.
  6. Spoon batter onto parchment-lined tray, creating cookie shapes. Bake at a low temperature for 40 minutes for a perfect chewiness.
