Beauty Tip # 2: Rice Flour Scrub as a Gentle Exfoliator
If you have sensitive skin, skin that breaks out easily or skin that is oil with dry patches; you should not be using traditional scrubs for your face. The store-bought scrubs are often too harsh and chemically and will further damage your skin. Of course, exfoliation is important. The best thing for your skin is to use a gentle and fine exfoliator that does not irritate the skin. This is why I recommend using Rice flour Scrub.
The Method
Please Note that I recommend grinding your own rice flour as the store bought versions are too superfine to act as an exfoliator.
Important: If you are allergic to turmeric leave it out, I recommend doing a patch test 48 hours earlier.

- Now put the rice into an electric grinder and grind until they become powder.
- After this sieve it through a coarse mesh sieve to get out any large fragments.
- Spread the rice on a tray and let sit in the hot sun, covered by a thin cloth.

Beauty Tip #22: Skin Lightening Face Mask
I came up with this Skin Lightening Face Mask, after researching a lot of ingredients. I wanted a mask that would lighten and brighten the skin, without using any sort of acidic bleaching agent such as lemon juice or tomato juice. Those kind of ingredients can be harmful to the skin for sensitive skin types and can cause dryness if not balanced and offset properly. That is why I have used very universally applicable ingredients and made a mask that every skin type can use.
The Method
How to Make?
This is a mask that is very easy to make.
½ tsp. Full Cream Milk (Raw milk is better but the other kind will do)
½ tsp. Honey
½ tsp. Rice Flour
Directions
Mix the three ingredients in small bowl with a wire whisk until well combined.
How to Use?
Apply the mask onto your face in a liberal layer, and afterward wait fifteen minutes before washing it off with warm water. At that point use cold water and pat your face dry with a paper towel. While the skin is still marginally wet, utilize your most loved lotion to secure in the dampness. I speak more about this technique in my Rose Water Hydrating Mist Post.
