Identifying the sources of stress

First of all you will have to identify the sources of stress. This can be done best by taking a paper and writing down all the things which are causing the stress. After making a list you will already be feeling better.

Now as a next step start identifying on the things you have some control, the things you cannot control, and the things which you can control by changing your attitude towards these things. This can be done by making a table like this:

When you have prepared this table you will be in a position to control some of the reasons off stress, which will in turn lower the stress level.

At the same time do the following:

  1. Remain active while you are maintaining social distancing. You can engage yourself in household chores, or can cook a new dish for the family, can watch a movie, play with kids, walk on the roof, read a book, can write daily diary etc.
  2. Do some exercise? There thousands of exercises available which can be done without going outside. I will say yoga is the best.
  3. Pray to God and ask for peace;
  4. Complete your pending work;
  5. Spend time with your family, play indoor games etc.
  6. Use Epsom salt every day, soak your feet, it will help you manage the stress level.
