  6. Aahh I don’t know why I laughed to myself all through your post. I actually really like Rebel Wilson but I haven’t found her films to be anything I’d actually spend my time and money on. Perhaps if it came on TV.

    • I know I was a bit fierce in my approbation for a film which to most would seem inoffensive, but this film really just got on my nerves. Glad you enjoyed my ranting at least.

  7. Looks delicious but a lot of these ingredients are hard to find in the west.

  8. i didn’t like this movie either. Rebel was doing too much, I couldn’t connect to it and very unrealistic

  9. A picture can tell such complex stories. beautiful.

  10. Yummy! I love curry and will try this one.

  11. Herbs are really useful! I know that parsley juice can be drunk to reduce water retention.

  12. I agree with your review, I actually couldn’t watch it to the end. Not only was it weak but the theme of the movie has been done so many times before and much better. It was disapointing because I really like Rebel.

  13. Well, I watched this movie already. It was really not fun as expected.

  14. I couldn’t refrain from commenting. Well written!

most excellent website for latest updates.

  43. I’m so glad you did this tag, I loved all your answers!

    • Thanks, I am a big fan fan of BTS, so when I saw this tag, I just couldn’t resist. I saw in your post that your bias is Jimin, mine is Jin foremost, however I Stan all of them, but lately Kookie has been bias wrecking me so hard, did you see him in the Japan version of Airplane part 2?

  44. Awesome. My daughter is in love with BTS.

  45. Very helpful article and effective remedies. We also write blogs at highonlifemag.com

  46. Aww yay! I’m so glad you found this tag! Isn’t it so much fun? 🙂

  47. Aloe Vera is truly great for both skin and hair and the best thing is you can always have an Aloe Vera plant at home, indoor or outdoor and they require least care.

  48. Aaa I’m so glad you did the tag! 🙂

    • Thanks,it was really fun to do! Also I love your blog, and I noticed we share a lot of the same interests. Who is your fave Kpop band, I am ARMY, so mine is BTS, but I also love Blackpink, EXO, Infinite, AOA, Seventeen, Pentagon, IU, Sunmi and many others.

  49. WOw, you really are ambitious. These books are not easy to read!

    • Thanks Jennifer! But I really only read Anna Karennina so I could pretend to be intellectual ;). I actually happen to a huge Classics fan apart from Tolstoy so the rest were not really all that difficult to read.

  50. I love Anne of Green Gables, so was excited for another adaptation! I only managed to see the first two episodes and they were enjoyable, though I was surprised by some of the drama the producers seemed to think they needed to add. Anne of Green Gables may just be a story of a girl coming of age, but it’s still a great story. No chase scenes needed!

    • Oh, see I didn’t really know that since it’s been an age since I read those books, I liked them at the time but i was about fourteen so i don’t remember much. So when i watched the show, I didn’t really compare it against the books, however I do see where you’re coming from.

  51. Wow, I’d never heard of this show. That’s perhaps my biggest struggle in the multiple-streaming-services age…there’s so much out there and I miss a lot of it! However, this sounds like a lot of fun and I appreciate what you said about it willing to be childish at times, as it is based on a children’s book. I’m glad I read this so it’s on my radar now.

    • I completely agree! Sometimes the marketing for some shows is so aggressive that one hardly even thinks to go looking for others. I found this one on Netflix, because it kept popping up in my feed.

    Tabassum Shaheen
    Dear Daima
I don’t agree with you I have seen this telefilm. I think it is a reflection of what men are doing with women. Nadia’s saying that this is what is happening with every women in this society what she is doing with her husband it says all. We are so use to accepting this kind of behaviour with women that we don’t even notice it. But of course she was wrong because she is not humanist. I think men should think of their behaviours after watching this play.

  191. Very interesting read. It made me think of the childs movie Lion King ( Mufasa) I really need to dig deeper in the disney movies, theres always a real story behind those movies.

  192. Lovely story and a very enjoyable Saturday morning read! I had always wondered why male lions are referred to as “King of the Jungle”, when they are so lazy! haha

  193. This is a lovely story and was a very enjoyable Saturday-morning read for me! I had always wondered why male lions are always referred to as “Kings”, when they are so lazy! haha Thank you for sharing!

  198. Lions are beautiful animals even if a lot of people think they are dangerous. Creating a pretty profile of the king in the wildlife of Africa is beautiful. I like the Disney movies “The Lion King” but never saw the actual music which seems to also nice. Since I live next to Dubai Opera I will maybe check their calendar if something is coming up.

    • I love Lions as well, in fact they are my favourite animal. I haven’t had the chance to see the actual music either, I hope you have fun if you go.

  199. I love to have this meal.

  200. Nice one. love it how it was carefully written. Keep writing and make people be inspired reading your post. 😘

  201. Very beautifully written. I loved reading every bit of it. Thanks for sharing this post with us.

  202. I had absolutely no idea that you could do this – I’ll defo be giving this a go rather than going for store bought!
    Emily xx

  203. I always use store bought hair spray. Never considered using homemade hair spray and never knew that salt and sugar were good for the hair. Nice to have shared this.

  204. Never heard of this before! We used to put lemon juice in our hair in the summer to give it “sun kissed” streaks! Thanks for the recipe and idea.

  205. I never knew salt and sugar could be good for your hair. Learnt something new. Thanks!

    • It is actually the lemon juice that is good for your hair, the salt and sugar are only added for holding power of the hairspray.

  206. Salt and sugar I keep this in mind. It’s funny how we have the things in our cabinets without knowing we can use them in emergency situations.

  207. I can honestly say I have never quite heard of anything like this before. I am not sure I am prepared to have sticky and crusty hair afterwards often, but every now and then may not be too bad. I want to try it out at least once, i know that.

  208. Yyyyaaaaaayyyyyyyyy….I must try this out…..my dreadlocks need this “super-recipe”, Daima! Thanks sweetie.

  209. Missy

What a great article full of excellent advice

  210. Phill Slater

I like the sound of this. I’ll share with my wife in an attempt to save money next time she goes shopping for hair products.

  211. I can’t believe I never knew this! What an excellent hack!

  212. What a wonderful idea. I wonder if you have ever tried adding any scents to the mixture? Would it change the spray or just add some fragrance. I think the lemon would have a very clean smell. Have you ever tried any other citrus fruits???

    • I haven’t tried adding any other citrus fruits, however, you can easily add essential oils, and food extracts to make it smell good, it should not affect the formula negatively.

  247. Great post! I love a few of the ones you picked, I would probably have put them in a different order. Also, I am one of the weird people who didn’t actually really like the Pirates of the Carabian.

  248. Water surprisingly helps. Which might sound basic but works

  249. I haven’t really watched much Disney. But I enjoy Lion King, Peter Pan, Aladdin and Jungle Book

  250. My 5 and 3 YO boys recently watched Mulan for the first time and they loved it. I liked your list because it was different. Your faves aren’t the norm, which is nice!

  251. It’s not an easy task to pick 5 best Disney movies. Here I totally agree with you.

  252. I love the movies from the early 90’s, including Beauty and the Beast and Little Mermaid!

  253. Love this list! Especially the Emperor’s New Groove. That movie is seriously under rated, but so good. Now I need to go watch it again! Thanks for the reminder ♡

  254. THose are all great choices. Lion King and Mary Poppins are two at the top of my list. Disney movies are great because they are timeless. I enjoyed watching as a child and now as an adult with my own children.

  255. Oh yes! Lion King is my favourite:)

  256. I have three boys and they love Disney films, I was a little surprised Pete’s Dragon wasn’t on the list. Of course, The Lion King was mentioned, great story, great film, and such a classic.

  257. I love love love Disney movies, Lion King is probably up there at #1… Still haven’t finished Mulan, maybe that will be our movie this weekend. Thanks for sharing!

  258. As a certified Disney addict (certified by her 4-year-old cousin that’s a Disney addict herself 😂), I think The Lion King really SHOULD be on every Best Disney Movie list ever, so I’m so glad to see it on here!

I loved it for the characters and the way they developed Simba’s character. He goes from proud to broken to hero – and it’s such a great coming-of-age film.

It reminds me to never get my head too big, to accept trials and failures as they come, and to power on and always do what’s right. ❤️

(Kind of the reason I always want to help people. Because Simba’s story showed me the importance of that!)

Thank you for this list. BRB while I go re-watch every Disney movie ever made 😛

  260. Great posts and reviews Alice in Wonderland and Lady and the Tramp are my favorites.

    • Oh, yes I do love those as well, in fact the reason I kept it at five was because otherwise I am tempted to add every Disney movie ever.

  262. Great article .couldn’t be write much better! keep it up.

  263. Thank you, Daima for the link to my post. I loved your interpretation of Keith’s photo.

  282. Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood and Code Geass are my FAVES! They’re just such incredible stories. I can never get enough. And I also really adore Ouran. Such a hilarious one. Have you watched the live action? I thought they did a fantastic job ^^ (although seeing the twins irl is a little weird lol).

Oh goodness, anime and manga are truly the best. I can’t wait to check out the wasn’t I haven’t seen yet on your list – it seems like we have similar anime tastes ^^.

If you’re looking for a new one, I just finished Miira no Kaikata and it was pretty much the cutest thing I’ve ever seen ^^ <3

    • I have, it was cute and quirky, but I still prefer the anime. I am glad we have similar tastes! I will check Miira no Kaikata out!

  283. I used to really be into anime in high school, so I let out a little squeal of excitement when I saw Inuyasha on the list. I think that is the one anime I still go back and watch. Some of these others I’ve never heard of and my boyfriend is really into anime so I’ll pass them along to him.

    • I hope he likes my choices. I really love Inuyasha as well. I also watched it during my high school years. The Nostalgia factor is definitely high!

  284. I’m not a big fan of anime myself, I tried to get into it in college but it never took for me. Ghost in the machine and others that are supposed to be great, just weren’t for me but this sounds like a great list for those who love anime

  285. Now I really want to watch Code Geass! Thanks for the post 🙂

  286. I feel like I didn’t really know what anime was! Thanks!

  287. My partner is big on anime so will definitely shoe him this! Fantastic post!

  293. Superb post however I was wondering if you could write a litte more on this subject?
I’d be very grateful if you could elaborate a little
    bit further. Cheers!

    • I am sorry I do not understand what kind of elaboration you want. Actually I am not a doctor and have no idea how these things work . These remedies are used in our family for years and years and they really work. They are not found in written form so I am trying to record them so that they are preserved and benefit the people at large.

  294. Very well written and quite engaging. Keep it up!

  298. Kirsten Carr

I’ve been on the fence about whether or not I want to see it but I’ve heard critics say positive things about it. After reading your review I’m pretty I’ll have to see it! Thanks!

  299. I watched this film on my last flight but I wasn’t able to finish it before we landed. It was so bizarre and unsettling to me, but I think mainly because my only knowledge of it going in was, “the main character has sex with a fish!” Despite that it was really enjoyable. I only have 20 minutes left, after reading your review I’ve got to go finish it!

  300. Hi therе, every time i used tо check webpage
