Mint is an herb with a refreshing aroma and taste. It is found in different varieties but all the varieties have many health benefits in common. It has been used for its medicinal properties for centuries. Potential health benefits associated with mint consumption include:

Digestive Health

It has traditionally been used to aid digestion. Helps reduce symptoms such as indigestion, bloating and gas. Mint leaves and mint tea stimulate the production of digestive enzymes, helping to break down food more effectively. Relieves symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
