1 tbsp. Aloe Vera Gel

1 tsp. Honey

¼ tsp. Tumeric

1 tsp. Yogurt

1 tsp. Lemon Juice

  1. In a small bowl mix together the honey and aloe vera gel.
  2. Mix the turmeric into the yogurt then add lemon juice to this mix.
  3. Combine the two mixes in a new bowl.

How to Use?

Remove any makeup and wash skin with warm water to open pores. Then gently apply a generous layer of the mask to your skin. Leave for about 20 minutes and wash off with warm water, follow this with a splash of cold water to close the pores. Pat dry gently and apply your favorite moisturizer.

For those of us with oily skin, the struggle to find a good moisturizer is real. I have combo to oily skin and any heavy oily moisturizers tend to break me out. However I still need moisturization for my skin to be healthy. That is why I prefer a light and water-based moisturizer that does not break me out.

This Water-based Moisturizer can be used by those with dry skin too, but it will not offer enough moisturization, which is why it is primarily for those with normal to oily skin.  It is a natural and healthy alternative to those chemical loaded ones we find at the store. Each ingredient helps to moisturize and gently heal the skin, making the skin lovelier over a long period of use.

How to Make?

This Water-based Moisturizer is very easy to make.

¼ cup Aloe Vera Gel

¼ cup Rose Water

1/8 cup Glycerin

Directions

Mix the three ingredients in small bowl with a wire whisk until well combined. Then keep in a sterilized, airtight glass/plastic container.

How to Use?

Just use as regular moisturizer. It will last up to a month outside of the refrigerator.

If you have acne-prone, oily skin. Or have any sort of acne scars, this face mask will get rid of them for you. This mask helps soothe inflammation, heal acne scars and also removes any impurities in the skin. If used regularly it gives you smooth pimple-free skin that looks soft and airbrushed.

¼ tsp. Organic, pure Turmeric powder

½ tbsp. Honey

½ tbsp. Aloe Vera Gel

*If you are allergic to turmeric, just leave it out.

Method

Just mix the ingredients together with a fork in a small bowl until well combined.

How to Use?

Apply the resulting paste on your face, wait 20 minutes and wash off. Use twice a week for maximum effectiveness.
