Vegetable Rice Recipe

I love vegetables and love rice as well. One day we had some vegetables in the fridge and I wanted to use these vegetables in an interesting manner and wanted to make something delicious and tasty with all the ingredients so we came up with this recipe for Vegetable Rice.

My daughter helped by chopping the vegetables. She is good at chopping, so we both created this recipe by using common sense. Hope you enjoy making the vegetable rice and eat with the family and friends. Here is the Vegetable Rice recipe:

  • Green coriander (1 cup chopped finely)
  • Eggs 3
  • Red chili 1 teaspoons

  • Let the rice get soft and drain the remaining water;

  • Stir for one minute and mix with boiled rice and cover it with the lid and leave for 15 minutes on a hot tawa with no fire underneath;
