What to do If Something Is Stuck In the Nose?

If Something Is Stuck In the Nose make the child lie down on a flat surface and try to see the object. In case you can see it, pull out with a tweezers.

If the object cannot be seen then do the following:

  1. Make the child lie down on a flat surface;
  2. Close the mouth of the child with one hand;
  3. Ask him to breath with the affected nostril;
  4. With the pressure of the air the object will leave it place and start coming out;
  5. If it moves and you can see it then remove it with a tweezers;

If the above technique does not work then put a straw in the affected nostril and try to pull out the air in the nostril. With the pressure of the air the thing will come out.

If all these methods do not work then use something so that the child sneezes. With the pressure of sneezing the object will come out.
