So if you’ve been following our blog for a while, you have probably noticed that I am a big Kpop fan. If you don’t know what that is; it’s simply Korean Pop Music. Unlike American Pop Music, Korean Pop is different, in that it has big groups, and they often rap and dance along with singing. I love Korean Pop Music and I love Korean dramas. My obsession with K-dramas actually led me to Kpop in the first place.
In today’s post I am going to list my Top 10 Favorite K-pop Artists in ascending order from 10 to 1.
# 10 EXO
EXO is just one of those huge groups that I doubt anyone dislikes. They have great music, wonderful visuals, beautiful voices and when they dance they take your breath away. All in all, I always listen to their newest stuff when it comes out and it’s almost always great.

# 9 Vixx
Oh, my now this is one group that I am positive has a majority girl audience, cause they are so bloody attractive! They look like angels and they sing beautifully, what more could you want? Plus, they have a very mature and sexy vibe that I am totally down for.

# 8 MIB
Sigh. This group has been disbanded. They were a mostly Rap group with the token singer, but I loved every song of theirs that I have found, in my humble opinion, they are vastly underappreciated.

# 7 AOA
As you should already be able to tell, I tend to go for the boy groups mostly. But there are a few girls sprinkled in here and there. This group strikes a good balance between mature and sexy and cute and fun. I tend to dislike overly cutesy stuff, so I like most of their discography with a few notable exceptions.

# 6 MAMAMOO
Another Girl Group! I like them for their maturity and diversity in musical talents. They can sing anything from ballads and Latin music perfectly. They feel more experienced and mellower than most other girl groups.

# 5 IU
IU has the sweetest voice and her lyrics really vibe with me, as I am essentially in her age group, so I love what she says and the way she says it.

# 4 Dean
Dean is a poet. That’s it, that’s all I’m saying.

# 3 Pentagon
Pentagon actually writes and produces their own Music! I love groups that do this so they are one of my faves. They are a cute and sort of immature type boy group that I usually am not drawn to, but there is just something about them…

# 2 BlackPink
Ah, BlackPink, how is it that each song of their’s just keeps getting better and better? I love these girls and their enthralling voices. Rose is my favourite, but Jennie has been killing it recently, especially with her “Solo” release.

#1 BTS
What can I say but that these boys are the best. The best of the best. ( Disclaimer: In my opinion) I love them. Not only their music, which is some of the most meaningful I have ever head. Also their personalities, their style, their dance, just everything is above and beyond. BTS also writes and produces their own music and they put an actual running connected storyline into their music and music videos. I just don’t even know how to explain them.

An honorary mention goes to Got7 who were the ones that got me into K-pop in the first place.
